1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the FlipBazzar mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use FlipBazzar
- By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful
- FlipBazzar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
- You must not share your account credentials with any other person
- You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at support@flipbazzar.com
- FlipBazzar will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat
4. Listings & Content
4.1 Permitted Listings
- Only used technology products are permitted on FlipBazzar
- Permitted categories include: mobile phones, laptops, tablets, cameras, accessories, and gadgets
- All listings must be accurate, honest, and reflect the true condition of the item
4.2 Prohibited Listings
Users may not list:
- Stolen, counterfeit, or illegally obtained items
- Non-tech products (furniture, clothing, vehicles, etc.)
- Items that violate Pakistani law
- Fake or misleading listings of any kind
- Items the seller does not actually possess
4.3 Listing Removal
- FlipBazzar reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without prior notice
- Repeated violations will result in permanent account suspension
5. Buyer and Seller Conduct
- Buyers and sellers must communicate honestly and in good faith
- Sellers must accurately describe product condition (new, like new, good, fair, poor)
- Buyers must not make offers with no intention to purchase
- Neither party may attempt to conduct transactions outside the FlipBazzar platform to avoid fees
- Harassment, threats, or abusive language toward other users will result in immediate account suspension
6. FlipBazzar Services
6.1 Free Listings
- All users may list tech products on FlipBazzar at no cost
- There is no limit to the number of free listings a user may post
6.2 Featured Ads
- Sellers may pay to feature their listings for increased visibility
- Featured Ad fees are non-refundable once a listing goes live
- Pricing is as displayed in the app at the time of purchase
6.3 Sell It For Me
- FlipBazzar charges a flat fee of PKR 1,000 for this service
- By requesting this service, you authorise FlipBazzar to list and manage the sale of your device on your behalf
- The fee is charged at the time of service request and is non-refundable
6.4 Buy It For Me
- FlipBazzar charges a flat fee of PKR 3,000 for this service
- By requesting this service, you authorise FlipBazzar to conduct a purchase on your behalf
- FlipBazzar is not liable for product defects discovered after purchase unless an inspection was requested
6.5 Inspection Service
- FlipBazzar offers physical device inspection before purchase
- Inspection fees apply as displayed in the app
- Inspection reduces but does not fully eliminate risk — FlipBazzar is not liable for defects not identified during inspection
7. Reviews and Ratings
- Reviews must be honest and based on actual transaction experiences
- Fake, manipulated, or incentivised reviews are strictly prohibited
- FlipBazzar reserves the right to remove reviews that violate this policy
- Users who post false reviews may have their accounts suspended
8. AI Chatbot
- The FlipBazzar AI Chatbot provides recommendations and information for guidance purposes only
- Recommendations made by the AI are not guarantees of product quality, availability, or price accuracy
- FlipBazzar is not liable for any purchase decisions made based solely on AI Chatbot suggestions
9. Limitation of Liability
- FlipBazzar is a marketplace platform — we facilitate transactions but are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers
- FlipBazzar is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listed item
- FlipBazzar is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from transactions conducted on the platform
- Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to FlipBazzar in the 30 days prior to the claim
10. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, branding, and technology on FlipBazzar are owned by FlipBazzar and protected under applicable intellectual property laws
- Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any FlipBazzar content without written permission
- By posting listings or content on FlipBazzar, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform
11. Termination
FlipBazzar reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:
- Violates these Terms and Conditions
- Engages in fraudulent or scam activity
- Posts fake listings or manipulates reviews
- Abuses or harasses other users
- Attempts to circumvent platform fees or policies
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of FlipBazzar shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of FlipBazzar after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
