Delete Your Account
FlipBazzar allows users to permanently delete their account and all associated data directly from within the app. Follow the steps below.
How to Delete Your Account
Open the FlipBazzar app on your device
Tap on the Account icon at the bottom navigation bar
Tap on Settings in your account menu
Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page
Tap on "Delete Account"
Enter your account password to confirm your identity
Tap "Delete My Account" to permanently delete your account
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account and profile will be permanently removed
- All your active listings will be immediately taken down
- Your reviews and ratings will be removed from the platform
- Your personal data including name, email, phone number and password will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- Transaction history and listing data may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention purposes only
- This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Data Deletion Request Without App Access
If you are unable to access the app or have already uninstalled it, you can request account deletion by contacting us directly:
Subject line: Account Deletion Request
Include: Your registered email address or phone number
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.
